Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. We aim to keep shipping costs fair and competitive.
Local delivery or pickup options may be available depending on your location.
Free shipping may apply to orders over a certain amount.
4.Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Hong Kong, the United States, and Southeast Asia, with free shipping to Hong Kong.

5.Track your order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (if tracking is available). You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress online.
6. Delivery Issues
Incorrect or incomplete address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Delayed or lost shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Damaged goods: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Notes:
Free shipping within Hong Kong. Free shipping to the US is available for orders over US$200. Orders within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands) will incur an additional US$10 shipping fee.
We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs, or taxes incurred in shipping.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from goheepay168.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
Delivery Claims
If you are experiencing tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
