Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

A proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Items must be returned with all original components, manuals, accessories, and documentation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Products that are damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

Items returned after the stated return period

Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Software or digital downloads (if sold)

Customized products

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the giver sent the order to themselves to deliver it to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be informed of your return.
